Booking Policy
Please be courteous when making a booking as last minute cancellations or no shows can be detrimental for our business, by not allowing sufficient time to fill the appointment & causing other clients to miss out on their preferable times such as evenings & weekends.
Cancellations
We understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to change your booking. We do kindly ask for 36 hours notice of any changes or cancellations so we can offer your time to another client.
As we have long wait lists for appointments no exceptions will be made. If you are unwell and can’t come in, feel free to send someone else in your place. If you are unable to provide enough notice, no shows will be charged the full original treatment.
Running late
If you run late for your appointment we may need to reschedule or change up your treatment so as not to impact other clients. Please note: as your time and therapist has already been booked and allocated the full original treatment will be charged.
